45 push ups

I have officially completed my first day of the one hundred push ups program doing 45 push ups over 5 sets this morning.

My initial test was 13 push ups, which puts me in ‘level 2’ for my age group.  Not a great result, but likely a good reflection of where I am with respect to my weight and fitness level.

I’m looking forward to the increased strength this will give me. Anyone else starting up the program? in the middle of it? or completed it?  I’d love to hear how it went for you.
